Before coating, components Pre- treatment & washing are fundamentally necessary for high quality & long lasting coating, decreasing to remove the dust, dirt, oil, DE rusting to eliminate rusting from the components, Phosphate/Chromatic coating provide good adhesion between component & Coating. Kaizen Engineering works Provide complete solution for Pre- Treatment (Spray and Dip Type). Usually, spray type Pre- treatment on conveyor and dip type with PLC and HMI based Transporter or overhead hoist system. Kaizen Engineering works Provide Spray Pre Treatment with online Dry off Oven for Continuous and online process. We prefer to provide tanks and enclosures in stainless steel 304/316 & FRP coated or long lasting life. Tanks are fully welded and enclosures leak proof sealed bolted joints for quick assembly at site. In each stage, liquid is circulated with the help of circulation Pump & Motor is sprayed on the components by easy removable and adjustable Spray Nozzles.
